Deprecation policy

  • Schemas are versioned; the published wire contract is the single source of truth.
  • Breaking changes ship only via a new /v2 path.
  • Deprecations are announced here with a 12-month window and a Sunset header on affected routes.

  • Partner platform Pre-Alpha: org auth, API keys, usage metering readback, license-acknowledgement gates, resolve / folio / detail workbenches.
  • An optional PROV link field is RESERVED in the response envelope now; it populates when the provenance surface ships (no /v2 needed).
  • The interim address-details shim remains disclosed via x-locus-interim until the claim-graph route replaces it.
